• You are solely responsible for monitoring your personal belongings while using our facilities.

3. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Use at your own risk: While we maintain industry standard safety checks, using public charging facilities carries inherent risks. By using the service you acknowledge and accept those risks.

We are not liable for:

• Any damage, data loss, overheating, or malfunction of your device caused during charging.
• Theft, loss, or unauthorized use of your device while at our charging station.

4. Payments & Refunds
